What will you do if my order is damaged in shipping?

Contact us toll-free at 1-800-215-9441 or by email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away at no extra charge.

 

What will you do if I change my mind about my order?

If you change your mind before we ship (usually within two business days), call us toll-free at 1-800-215-9441 and we'll cancel your order immediately.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, call or by email us within 10 days of receiving it and tell us the problem.

If you want to exchange your order for another, comparably priced item, we will ship you the replacement at no additional cost for the item or for shipping. And we will arrange free shipping of your original purchase back to us.

If you choose to return your order, we will refund you 100% of the price of the item. You pay only the cost for shipping to your home, but we will arrange for and will pay the cost of shipping back to us.

 

Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?

No. We don't charge any restocking fees. We refund your entire purchase price of the item. You are responsible only for the cost of shipping to your home. And we pay the full cost of shipping the item back to us.

 

Can I return a custom gift?

For your custom project we go through a process of sending out digital samples for you to review for accuracy. Once we receive your approval, we will purchase film, create a template, and proceed with the custom project. This approval process allows you to opt out at any time, but once approved, all sales are final.

We go the extra mile to confirm that your custom project is accurate however, because of the labor and material costs put into your custom project, we are unable to accept returns on custom gifts.

If your custom order is damaged in shipping we stand by our aforementioned damage policy.
