Shipping Times and Policies

How soon will my purchase arrive?

Because of our personal attention to each step of creating your wall decor or furniture, orders placed with us will be delivered by standard UPS service in:

  • 5–10 days for all items for which you have not specified personalization, custom sizing or custom images
  • 7–12 days for personalized items
  • 20–30 days for custom sizes or images

If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

You'll hear from us the day it ships with your UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date.

If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us by email or at 1-800-215-9441 and we'll be happy to let you know its status.

 

Can I get expedited shipping?

If you have an urgent need to receive your non-personalized and non-customized purchase sooner, we also offer two expedited delivery options, 5-Business-Day UPS and 3-Business-Day UPS. Leave a comment on your order form that you would like to upgrade your shipping and specify which of the two you want to upgrade to. We will contact you to confirm your upgrade.

These delivery options are available only within the continental United States and only for non-personalized and non-customized products.

Can I save on shipping by ordering more than one item at a time?

As you can see, the savings on shipping can be substantial when you order two or more items at the same time.

 

Do you ship outside the contintental United States?

We are happy to ship outside the continental US, but are unable ship our largest items:

  • Tables
  • Coat racks
  • Clocks
  • 27"x 35" rectangular mirrors
  • 28" octagon mirrors

Contact us by email for a shipping quote on shipments outside the continental US. To provide a quote, we need to know what product you want, and the address where you want it shipped.

 

How much will customs fees cost on international orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to obtain quotes on customs fee from individual countries. You can find out any customs fees you would owe by contacting your government's customs office.

 

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We are always happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We can ship to PO boxes if necessary, but can get your purchase to you one to two days sooner if you give us a physical address that we can use for shipping by UPS.

 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We make sure that you receive a UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date by email as soon as UPS picks up your order.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your shipment online by going to the UPS package tracking tool.

Copy your tracking number into the tool and follow the directions. Please note, though, that your shipment might not appear on UPS' tracking system until later in the evening that you receive the tracking number.

 

What do you do if my order is damaged in shipping?

Contact us toll-free at 1-800-215-9441 or by email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away.

 

How often do orders arrive damaged?

The possibility that your order will arrive damaged is very small. We've been shipping glass and mirrors for more than a decade and work closely with UPS to ensure that our packaging can protect your purchase from their normal handling process.

But, unfortunately, damage sometimes happens despite our best efforts. If your order is one of the few that arrives damaged, we'll replace it right away at no further charge.
