What to ExpectDo these mirrors reflect like normal mirrors?Your mirror will sparkle as bright as any mirror you've ever seen. Our pictures show them reflecting a plain gray background to give you the clearest possible view of the design. But hang your mirror on your wall and whatever is gray in the pictures will reflect whatever background is around it, just like any other mirror. Whatever is lighter colored in the pictures is etched and does not reflect.
Do I need any special process or cleanser to clean my glass?To clean the etchings, use any liquid glass cleaner. The images are a permanent part of the glass and will last as long as the glass itself.
How sturdy are the frames and tables?Our frames and furniture are crafted in the USA with the highest quality materials. Tables, coat racks, and clocks are 100% solid oak construction. Test them yourself. Wiggle them. Jiggle them. You won't find a wobble or a loose joint in anything you receive from us. Run your hand over the surface of the wood and feel the silky smoothness of its hand-rubbed, double lacquer finish. You'll enjoy the same feel of permanence and quality you would get from fine furniture that you buy from the biggest name furniture manufacturers. Hang the heaviest of your coats on the sturdy brass and porcelain coat hooks on the coat rack you choose. Or leave them uncovered so you can enjoy the elegance of their antique brass finish and porcelain tips. Mirror frames are made of solid oak except for the oval frames, which are made of beautiful ash hardwood.
How soon will my order arrive?Because of our personal attention to each step of creating your wall decor or furniture, orders placed with us will be delivered by standard UPS service in:

How do you charge my credit card?Please note that your purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name Master Visions.
How will I know when my order has shipped?We make sure that you receive a UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date by email as soon as UPS picks up your order.
How can I track my order?You can track the progress of your shipment online by going to the UPS package tracking tool. Copy your tracking number into the tool and follow the directions. Please note, though, that your shipment might not appear on the UPS tracking system until later in the evening that you receive the tracking number.
What will you do if my order is damaged in shipping?Contact us toll-free at 1-800-215-9441 or by email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away.
How often do orders arrive damaged?The possibility that your order will arrive damaged is very small. We've been shipping glass and mirrors for more than a decade and work closely with UPS to ensure that our packaging can protect your purchase from their normal handling process. But, unfortunately, damage sometimes happens despite our best efforts. If your order is one of the few that arrives damaged, we'll replace it right away at no further charge.
Do I need to assemble anything when it arrives?No. We know you want whatever you choose from us to stand out. Assemble-it-yourself furniture and decor just don't do that. That's why we make sure that what you receive from us is fully assembled:
